Dear Students,
The FORE Institute of Drone Technology and Research (FIDTR) promoted by the Foundation for Organizational Research and Education (FORE) in partnership with the Delhi Flying Club, was recently approved by the Government of India as a Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO). The remote pilot training programme for Drones will be launched on 20th June 2022 with the vision and mission of being a premier centre of excellence in the UAV ecosystem including remote pilot training, safety protocols, and repair and maintenance, amongst others. FIDTR will bring the strengths and values of FORE and the Delhi Flying Club that are well recognised and have acquired impeccable recognition in their respective fields.
I welcome the first batch of trainees to our unique and state-of-the-art remote pilot training Programme and am confident that the trainees will emerge as a young talent pool that will positively impact the national drone ecosystem with sound skills, notable value-system, and much required innovation.
